We got home last night around 6:00 pm. I ate dinner and went to bed intending to rest and watch some TV but ended up falling asleep around 7:30 PM and slept until 6:30 this morning.
Grace is doing great. Her cold is almost gone but that pesky cough is lingering. We are supposed to limit her activity and check her pulse twice a day and call in if it’s lower than 76 beats per minute. Her surgery is scheduled for April 9 but I spoke to someone at the surgeons office today and she said that the surgeon wants her in sooner than that. I should be getting a call tomorrow to confirm a new date.
So we will be hanging out at home and trying to stay healthy until the big day.
