Family Cruise: Day 6 & 7

Thursday & Friday: Fun Day's At Sea

Sorry, we didn't take too many photos these last two days.

HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY ADAM!

The ship gave Adam a cake for his birthday lunch and the Kids Camp staff gave him a Spider Man toy.

The kids just realized that this is the last day of the cruise :(

Family Cruise: Day 5...

No the ship didn't sink, I am just the worst blogger ever! :)

Wednesday: Puerto Vallarta

Today I said goodbye to my 30's and hello to my 40's! YIKES! I'll take lots of Margarita's today!

We went on a tour of the city today.

THE GARDEN OF EDEN RESTAURANT

This was a really cool restaurant up in the mountains. The food was good and the girls had a great time swinging from the rope swing and falling into the water. Adam had a great time swimming and playing in the water :)

DINNER AT THE CHEEKY MONKEY WITH THE COCO'S TEACHER AND HER HUSBAND

It was so great that we were able to spend some time with Coco's second grade teacher and her husband. There were vacationing at a resort near Puerto Vallarta and were able to meet us for dinner.

LOOKS LIKE WE FOUND NEW BABYSITTERS :)

Family Cruise: Day 4

Tuesday: Mazatlan

Mazatlan was a lot of fun. We did a tour to a little island where we got to hang out at a "resort" for the whole day. It certainly was not a 5 star place by any stretch of the imagination but we really had a great time relaxing there. The tour started off with a boat ride to the island, followed by a "limo" ride to the resort. The limo was a trailer with benches pulled by a tractor :). Other than being packed in like sardines it was a fun ride. We drove through a little village and got to see some local children playing. It looked like a place where not too many tourists visit. The resort was a restaurant on the beach. We had our choice of hanging out on the beach with umbrellas and chairs or hanging out at the restaurant near the pool. We stayed by the pool because the sand was so hot it would burn our feet when we walked down to the water. The kids had a great time playing in the ocean and in the pool and also hanging around in the hammocks. It really was a nice relaxing day.

Here we are, fresh off of the ship in Mazatlan, waiting to board the little boat that will take us to a little island where we will relax all day.

Here is the island we are heading to

MY LIFE... It's a little messy, a little crafty and it's all good.
